  Asmodee Deutschland send me a couple of boxes to review, the first of which being the Icons of Bast terrain pack and the second as you've probably guessed from the title: Phoenix and Phoenix Unleashed which we look at today.  While it's definitely helpful to have a look at the instructions here building Phoenix, Phoenix Unleashed and the Flame Pillars didn't take especially long. I'd say they are better for people with a bit of building experience so maybe shouldn't be your very first model. But if you've built the core set or the upcoming X-Men starter set you should definitely be able to tackle this box without much difficulties.  The minis, especially Phoenix Unleashed, are absolutely stunning and are surely eye-catching on the board. They are great for people walking around in your FLG and noticing them while you play.   Since the release of the War of Kings crisis pack and the subsequent rotation of the tournament legal crisis cards M'Kraan Crystal Gets Heroes Home has been the most popular secure in the game, by quite a margin. But who is actually good at it?  I looked at the stats for the crisis specifically and marked the dates as April 2nd to August 1st. That gave everyone a bit of time to experiment with the new crisis cards after their initial release and should show us some useful information.  1776 event games have been played on M'Kraan during that time. Over 500 more than the next highest in Wedding Party.  They only make up a tiny amount of the games played but SHIELD, especially under Namor, absolutely loves this. They have become super mobile and add their core strength of long range fire power.  Inhumans are just fantastic at everything at the moment and on a Pay to Flip even Maximus can shine as a leader as the risk of being placed off of a secure is much lower...

  Welcome to the July stats article. You probably know the drill by now: first we look at All Events (AE) and then at the Rated Singels Events (RSE). Click on the images to enlarge them.  Convocation jumps all the way to the very top. Maybe the minor buff to Supreme Strange was already enough of a lift but I feel that OG Strange also has more of a place in the Affiliation nowadays.  June: 9. +8 Knocked down from the very top but with thrice the games played there's no doubt the Servants of the Apocalypse are still absolutely top tier.  June: 1. -1  Medusa did very well as the leader of the Inhumans, Black Bolt ties Convocation personally but Maximus drags the affiliation down a little bit.  June: 4. +1 King T continues to disprove the nay Sayers to his leadership (of which I am/was one to be honest) with the best win rate for Wakanda again (in the few games he's been called upon). M'Baku puts out top members as well in the bulk of games played as usual....
